In a press conference last week, Steve Jobs announced that he will not only be releasing the iPad 2, he will also release the iPad 3D.
“It will be a magical experience,” said Jobs.
“Never before has there been a device so beautiful, so realistic, and in three dimensions. It will almost be like you will be living with your apps.
”
The device will, however, require the purchase of 3D iGoggles, which are sold separately.
Apple stock shot up after the announcement in anticipation of the release of the product.
